When You Know Better...

May 7, 2018

Everything began with a thought. Everything. Before this 3rd rock from the sun we call Earth was created over 76 trillion years ago, it was a mere thought in a highly intelligent mind, first and foremost. The phone, computer, or tablet you are looking at was once only a thought of a data technician, computer wizard, and/or mathematician before it was manifested physically. Letters, numbers, sounds, and colors were all once thoughts in the triple darkness of the beginnings. Even you who are reading these words had your origin in the thoughts of your parents and/or ancestors, subsequently becoming probability waves, and then definite particles. Meaning, in relation to the creation of life, somewhere along the way, the thought becomes the thinker, and eventually and eventfully, a speckle of sperm consciously racing to the egg to beat out millions of others. With that said, I think it's safe to say thoughts are things. The infamous Einstein equation that seems so puzzling to the average person: E=mc², is basically saying that energy and mass are the same things, in different forms.

Everything is energy. Thought travels. What we think and feel can show up in our lives, whether we want it to or not. Our thought energy travels and attracts like energy, whether negative or positive, and transmits, transfers, transports, etc., that said energy into mass/matter that manifests into our reality. On average, every person has 60,000 thoughts per day. We must control what and how we think. We must begin to monitor our thoughts. When thoughts of fear and disappointment arise in your mind, replace them with love and joy. Take notice of your negative thoughts and create ways to turn them into positive thoughts. For instance, instead of saying: "I hate my job", you can change that to: "this job is only a stepping stone until I am put into the more prestigious postition awaiting me."

Consistency and discipline is the bridge to where you are and where you want to be. It takes practice. Practice makes perfect. Once you begin to constistently change your thoughts towards positive, you will attract positive things into your life. Practice positive thinking to make yourself the perfect life.

So, free your mind and be open and limitless in the pattern of your thinking. (In my Notorious B.I.G. voice): "if you don't know, now you know." Once you know better you will do better, automatically. (which is really only a nice way to say): Free your mind and your ass will follow.
